
Well, here we are at the entrance to Death Valley National Park. The name fits, this is one of the most desolate and unusual places on Earth.

As we headed out of Death Valley we did not find a rest area, so we made our own. We figured a car was due by in the next hour, so after a good 20 minute leg stretch, we left. Never did see a car.
